Jiangsu Tengyu Machinery specializes in the production of brick machine equipment and its production lines. Below, we will introduce the general equipment configuration of the fully automatic brick production line using the Tengyu QT12 non-fired brick machine as an example.

The QT12 closed fully automatic production line is divided into four components: batching and mixing system, block forming machine and lifting plate system, stacking and delivery system, and fully automatic centralized control system. This system automatically completes the entire process from raw material proportioning, block forming, transfer, curing, stacking, pallet supply, plate separation, plate surface cleaning, to pallet return. The staff only needs to monitor the operation to easily control the entire system. It can adapt to various raw materials, not only suitable for sand and stone concrete but also using various industrial waste residues (such as fly ash, slag, steel slag, coal gangue), ceramsite, construction waste, etc., to produce various block building materials. It can produce a variety of specifications of blocks, colored floor tiles, garden retaining blocks, hydraulic products, porous bricks, etc.
The area of the fully automatic production line factory is approximately 2000 ㎡ (including a curing kiln of 700 ㎡). The block stacking area is 5000 ㎡, and the raw material stacking area is 2500 ㎡. For details, please refer to the layout diagram below.

A detailed introduction to the specific equipment configuration will be provided later in the text, so we will not elaborate further here.
