2025-01-09
A complete automated production line for aerated blocks/panels, the equipment mainly includes a series of raw material pre-treatment equipment, batching pouring and mixing control system, flipping hoist, JQF6 cutting system, rebar mesh forming and transfer system, packaging system, and steam curing system. Below, Tengyu Machinery will provide a detailed introduction to these devices. Due to space limitations, this article mainly introduces the raw material pre-treatment series equipment.
The raw material pre-treatment series equipment mainly consists of a jaw crusher, pulse dust collector, bucket elevator, and screw conveyor, Raymond mill, mixing and conveying system, ball mill, slurry storage tank, lime, and cement storage.
Jaw Crusher

The block materials for aerated concrete, such as quicklime and gypsum, must be crushed before entering the next process. Main features: large crushing ratio, uniform product particle size; simple structure, wide adaptability.
Pulse Dust Collector
The dust collector uses a pulse jet cleaning method, which has advantages such as good dust cleaning effect, high purification efficiency, large handling air volume, long filter bag life, low maintenance workload, and safe and reliable operation. It is widely used in various industrial enterprises such as metallurgy, building materials, machinery, chemical industry, and mining for the dust removal and purification of non-fibrous industrial dust and material recovery. Advanced pulse dust removal equipment is equipped at raw material processing and major dust prevention points to ensure compliance with the "Comprehensive Emission Standard for Atmosphere" GB16297-3012.
Bucket Elevator and Screw Conveyor
Conveying the ground powder to the storage tank.
Raymond Mill

The Raymond mill consists of the main machine, blower, ultra-fine analyzer, cyclone powder sedimentation, bag dust collector, and connecting pipes, etc. It features low energy consumption, high output, low noise, easy maintenance, and low operating costs.
Mixing and Conveying System
Stirring the slurry made from fly ash or sand that has been ground with water in a ball mill to prevent sedimentation.
Ball Mill
Mainly used for wet grinding of sand and filling ash required for aerated concrete production. When the wet grinding reaches a certain fineness, it can better facilitate the digestion reaction.
Slurry Storage Tank
Storing the slurry that has been stirred or ground by the pulping machine or ball mill.
Lime and Cement Storage
Finished lime and cement are directly pumped into the lime silo and cement silo, with a storage period of 2-3 days.
